One overland stop from London Bridge and now on the amazing East London Line, with great bus links. We have parking facilities, over 80 raked seats, a bar, full lighting and sound. We can supply all technical support. We have a fully operational box office system and can take cash as well as all known credit and debit cards.

HOT TAP is a theatre for hire at a cost of just £700 per week. And for that you get full use of the theatre for seven days of the week.

COMING UP AT THE HOT TAP THEATRE

OCTOBER 14th for one night only ‘CHARTISTS RISING’ written by Sam Dowling. In 1839, William Cuffay, the son of a former slave joined the Metropolitan Tailors Charter Association. Cuffay became an important figure in the Chartist movement in London. This play takes a look back at his achievement.

HOT TAP are very excited about an upcoming play by ANGEL EXIT THEATRE. ‘MOONFLEET’. Its on for two nights only. The 21st and the 22nd October 2010.

Physical company Angel Exit Theatre present, Moonfleet.

A straggling gang of mischievous buffoons are washed up amongst the flotsam onto the wild shores of Chesil Beach, and conspire to spin this yarn of a young orphan boy clashing with both smugglers and excise men in his quest to find Blackbeard’s lost treasure and win the hand of his beloved Grace.

 Inspired by J Meade Falkner’s classic novel Moonfleet, Angel Exit weave together live music, striking physicality, storytelling and puppets to tell a thrilling tale of smuggling, dastardly deeds and wicked escapades.

 Angel Exit are looking forward to bringing Moonfleet to the Hot Tap Theatre in New Cross as part of their 2010 UK tour.

Starring David Swain, Sean Connell, Freddie Hogan, Rosie Tyler and Edward Durand. this play will run from 26th October until the 13th November (Tuesdays to Saturdays). Tickets are just £10 with £5 concessions for students, unemployed, OAP’s and disabled.
